GoodWorks Launches Its Largest Co-working Space

GoodWorks, with the sole aim of providing quality spaces, has launched its largest co-working space at Electronic City 

GoodWorks has recently launched its largest space yet at Electronic City, Phase 1, Bengaluru. This newly launched space has 5-star amenities like a central courtyard, amphitheatre, creche, gym, cafes, restaurants and recreational areas along with 1000 plus seats. 

Vishwas Mudagal, CEO and Co-Founder of GoodWorks said that they are pushing the boundaries of co-working with their ambitious Electronic City centre. He added that the centre is perfectly named GoodWorks Infinity Park which will help realise infinite dreams for entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs in the heart of India’s Silicon Valley

The co-working space already has signed up Fortune 55 clients owing to a 5-star experience and Grade A plus enterprise infrastructure to boast of. Mudagal claimed that co-working is no longer limited to startups and freelancers and added that a majority of their spaces are being taken by enterprise and SME clients.

The location of GoodWorks Infinity Park adds to the several extraordinary features that the co-working space already enjoys. The co-working space is located near the upcoming Metro station and the elevated corridor that connects Electronic City to Silk Board. The business park will house two towers.

Tower 1 has 1000 seats while Tower 2 has over 2000 seats. Tower 1 and Tower 2 will launch in August 2019 and January 2020 respectively. Tower 2 is under construction and is spread across an area of 2 lakh square feet.

Sonia Sharma, Co-founder of GoodWorks, said that GoodWorks Infinity Park will be one of the largest co-working spaces in the world where Fortune 500s will work side by side with startups and SMEs to foster collaboration, growth and create a world-class ecosystem. 

This is the second location in Bengaluru where GoodWorks has launched the co-working space. GoodWorks has 1,000 plus seater space in Whitefield with an occupancy rate of 98 percent. The company shifted its focus into premium managed office space and positioned itself as a Grade A player. Upscale locations and plush interiors at affordable prices is the major highlight of GoodWorks. 

Naveen Reddy, Director – Strategic Expansion, said that the entire team is ambitious with GoodWorks as a brand. GoodWorks was ranked the no.1 co-working space in Bengaluru in 2018 by coworker.com. The co-working firm has extensive plans to expand pan India and reach 1 million square feet of Grade A space with 20,000 plus seats in the next year with an investment of over Rs 150 crore.
