PNB Housing Finance's net profit grows 45% in Q2 FY20

Its net income was Rs 2,230.34 crore in Q2 FY20, a growth of 23 per cent from Rs 1,808.26 crore it registered in the similar quarter previous year.

PNB Housing Finance reported a growth of 45% in its net profit during the second quarter of the financial year 2019-20. Its profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 366.8 crore as against Rs 253.0 crore it recorded in the corresponding quarter last year, according to the BSE filing.

Its net income was Rs 2,230.34 crore in Q2 FY20, a growth of 23 per cent from Rs 1,808.26 crore it registered in the similar quarter previous year.

The company’s gross NPA was 0.84% as on September 30, 2019 as against 0.45% as on Sepiember 30, 2018.

PNB Housing’s net worth as on September 30, 2019 stood at Rs 8,035 crore.

Its disbursements stood at Rs 12,603.5 crore during H1 FY19-20. While retail disbursement degrew by 10% YoY to Rs 11,748 crore, corporate disbursement degrew by 83% YoY to Rs 856 crore during H1 FY19-20.

Its asset under management (AUM) stood at Rs 89,470.6 crore as on September 30, 2019 while total borrowings were at Rs 71,456.9 crore.
