Godrej Properties reported growth of 66% in its net profit

The company’s net income was Rs 395.11 crore in Q2 FY20, a dip of 19 per cent from Rs 487.07 crore it registered in the similar quarter last year.

Godrej Properties has reported a growth of 66 per cent in its net profit during the second quarter of the financial year 2019-20.

Its profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 34.19 crore as against Rs 20.57 crore it recorded in the corresponding quarter last year, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net income was Rs 395.11 crore in Q2 FY20, a dip of 19 per cent from Rs 487.07 crore it registered in the similar quarter last year.

During the half year ended September 30, 2019, the company has granted 50,069 new stock grants to eligible employees and allotted 70,363 equity shares upon exercise of stock grants under the Employee Stock Grant, the company said in a BSE filing.
