Mindspace has filed papers for an IPO worth Rs 1,000 crore

Mindspace Business Parks REIT is looking to raise over Rs 1,000 crore through a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale by both K Raheja Corp and Blackstone.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT, an entity jointly backed by Mumbai-based builder K Raheja Corp and private equity major Blackstone Group has filed its papers with the capital market regulator for an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 1,000 crore.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT is looking to raise over Rs 1,000 crore through a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale by both K Raheja Corp and Blackstone.

K Raheja Corp spokesperson declined to comment.

This will be Indian capital market’s second REIT listing following Embassy Office Parks, a joint entity between Bengaluru-based Embassy Group and Blackstone Group.
