You'll have multiple opportunities to connect—during sessions, startup demos, high tea breaks, and the exclusive Gala Dinner at the end of the day.
No. ICTDD 2025 is a strictly invite-only and pass-based event. Additional guests or +1s are not permitted without prior registration.
Passes are non-transferable by default.
However, in case of emergencies, you may request a one-time transfer by emailing us at info@realtynxt.com—subject to approval before the event.
No. All passes are non-refundable once booked. Please review all details carefully before making your purchase.
If you're unable to attend, please notify us in advance at 📩 info@realtynxt.com. We will assist with pass transfer on a case-by-case basis. No-shows without prior intimation will not be eligible for any changes or credits.
If your application is not selected and your startup does not appear in the top shortlisted list, you will need to purchase a delegate pass to attend the event.
If your startup is included in the top shortlisted list but not in the final 12 selected to demo, you will receive 2 complimentary passes for the founding team to attend the event.
Note: These passes are strictly for the founders only—not extended to additional team members.

All startup applications go through a rigorous evaluation by our designated jury team.
Selection is based on:
Quality of responses in the application form
Business relevance and tech strength
Clarity and impact of the submitted video pitch
Only the top 12 startups will be selected to present live at the event.
Due to the high volume of applications, personalized feedback cannot be guaranteed. However, we encourage all startups to stay connected with RealtyNXT for future opportunities and ecosystem engagement.
Yes. Non-selected startups can still attend the event by purchasing a pass.
